This valuable resource, originally offered by the Huntington's
Disease Association, UK was available from the Mass. General Hospital website and has been linked to almost
every HD website on the internet. Early in 2004, it disappeared from the Internet. Fortunately, for HD families,
someone saw my plea asking where I could find this document and it was sent to me in PDF format to share with you!
