The following software and/or tips may be helpful to you in viewing some of the material contained on this or other websites. If you are having trouble viewing certain content or files, you may not have the appropriate software installed or what you have may be out of date and need updating. The majority of the below software is available for most PCs and Macs current operating systems. Copying text from a webpage and pasting it into a MS Word document has become one of the most common tasks that PC users employ.  However, often times you get stuck having to clean up a lot of formatting. 
 
 
Here's how to "cleanly" paste text into MS Word:
  • On the webpage go to EDIT to SELECT ALL
  • Right-click on your mouse or go to EDIT to COPY  [or]
  • Copy the text (CTRL+C or EDIT > COPY) from a webpage or other source.
  • Open MS Word
     -From the EDIT menu in Word choose
    PASTE SPECIAL  - Select UNFORMATTED TEXT and click OK
