On your first
visit:
Patients with appointments are greeted at the HDSA USF Huntington's
Disease Center of Excellence at main reception desk of the USF clinics. They are then shown to the Neurology suite where
a full-time Neurology nurse weighs the patient and takes vital signs.
The individual's needs are determined; plans are made to fulfill those
needs and sufficient follow-up is provided directly by Dr. Sanchez-Ramos, Director of the HD Center of Excellence. |
Insurance:
The USF accepts all health insurance plans.
Dr. Sanchez-Ramos will arrange to see HD patients, on a case-by-case basis, when they do not carry, or do not wish
to bill, health insurance.
